Description of Job:

We are seeking candidates with great verbal and written communication skills and motivated to work with little to no supervision.
Regional Client Relationship Managers will be responsible for selling and maintaining listings to local apartment complexes and Real Estate Agents within their geographic region. Bonuses and incentives will be paid upon growth of new business. This is an inside and outside sales position that is great for Sales/Marketing students that need experience.

Telecommuting is ok and is preferred.
Candidates must have own transportation and internet connection.

Do you automatically charge my credit card when my listing expires?	Top
*No way!* Everyone here at StudentHomeSearch.com is also a consumer. We all know and have experienced the hassle of automatic billing and for this reason we will never charge your credit card unless you give us authorization. In the future we may add an auto billing feature to the site, but it will be entirely at the customers request if they wish to sign up.

How much does it cost to post a listing?

*FREE for 60 day Listings.

Try us out and after the free 60 days it is your choice if you want to renew your free listing. The reason for the renewal at 60 days it to insure that the information contained in the listing is up to date for those looking at the site.

*Free listings are limited to “General Listings,” as “Featured Listings” are charged at the time of sale at the rate of $19.99 for each 4 week interval. Featured listings will be displayed first on search results pages and also be rotated on the homepage.

What's the difference between a free user registration and Property Manager / Real Estate Agent registration?

Free User Registration:

After registering as a free user you will be able to search the entire site and take advantage of special features not available unless registered.

Some of these features include:

*Saving Properties viewed

*Saving Searches

*Communicate through the personalized “Message Center” to Property Mangers and Real Estate Agents to request additional information and/or request a call back.

*Ability to upgrade at anytime to post ads.

*Coming soon: Apply for Rent and Apply for a loan.

Registration to List Properties for rent or sale:

Rental Ads and Real Estate ads are only allowed after properly registering on the website. The registration process for those wishing to list will ask for additional information than the basic free user registration. This may include credit card details. Payment will not be charged during the registration but at the time of posting an ad. The credit card details entered during the registration process are used as a means to verify identity and intended as a means to help eliminate fictitious or erroneous ads being posted. All ads once posted are charged on a daily or immediate basis based on the types or quantity of ads being posted.

Ads can be easily posted by following the steps below after you are registered on the site:

There are three types of registrations for those that wish to post Ads on the site:

1) Property Manager: This registration type allows the user to post Rental Listings only.

2) Real Estate Agent: This registration type allows the user to post Rental Listings and Real Estate listings.

3) Advertisers: This registration type allows the user to post Rental Listings, Real Estate Listing and Demographic Ads.

-Registrations can be upgraded to the next level if desired (1, 2, and 3) at anytime and without charge through the "My Area" section.

Additional features of registering to post ads are as follows:

*All of same great features students have as registered users.

*Ability to post Rental, Real Estate and Advertising Listings.

*Have students contact you through the “Message Center”

*Ability to update listings after posted.

*Most importantly you can get leads to fill vacancies and sell properties.

How to post a Listing or Ad on the website?

1) While you are logged in simply go to "My Area"

2) Under the section "My Posted Ads" click on "Post Ad."

3) Determine what type of ad you wish to post and click accordingly.

4) Fill in the online forms and your ad will be posted and live on the website.
